Every generation (brief, email design or refine round) uses 1 mail credit. Starter includes 10, Growth 20 mail credits per month.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated billing via Stripe). Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Open “Manage subscription” in your settings to access the Stripe portal. There you can cancel anytime, change your payment method or download invoices.
All existing audits and action items are kept. Limits apply from the next billing period.
