A credit is one finished email. Campaign brief, subject lines and copy helpers are included in every plan, with a fair daily cap against abuse. Starter 8, Growth 16 credits per month.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated billing via Stripe). Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Open “Manage subscription” in your settings to access the Stripe portal. There you can cancel anytime, change your payment method or download invoices.
Your brand DNA, your drafts and your built campaigns are kept. The new credit limits apply from the next billing period.
